Flip that condo
As some of you know; JT, Nunnrey, James and I have started building our rental property empire. We just picked up a condo in San Marcos, TX this week and went down there tonight to spruce it up a bit. I was enjoying a Bud Light Lime while James and Nunnrey installed some blinds...

John left out some key details. That old dude was a turban wearing, old, creepy looking guy. When I left the condo to grab some stuff from my truck he was standing at the bottom of the stairs staring at me. When I came back from the truck he continued his gaze. Both times I passed him I acknowledged him with a simple hello, but he never returned the courtesy. F'ing creep.
