Nunnrey: I like the tight cross hatching of bacon used to create a blanket that gently swaddles its pork based innards.

I think there is a good chance that i may make this some time. Have to find a good reason to use that smoker. Of course, a smoker is dependent on ambient temperature to get hot enough on the inside and since over the past three weeks i have seen highs in the -40s with the wind chills and that tends to make fire cold.
